Adai dosa

I wanted to share the recipe so I did. This is the recipe which we can make with leftover flour. We can have it as breakfast with tomato chutney.
Ingredient

1. Dosa batter – 1 cup
2. Onion - 2 small size (finely chopped)
3. Green chilli - 2 sliced
4. Urud dal -2 tbsp
5. Oil - 3 tablespoon
6. Salt - to taste

Steps:

1. Heat the pan or tawa and add 2 tablespoon of oil. 
2. Onion and green chilli and saute them.
3. Saute them until the onion turns golden brown 
4. Make some space in middle of pan or tawa now add urud dhal.
5. Sprinkle some salt and saute dhal until turns into golden color.


6. Rest them for 5 min then mix them with flour.
7. Greace a dosa pan or tawa with few drops of oil.
8. Heat it until hot enough. Pour a ladle full of dosa batter on the centre of tawa.
9. Spread it evenly in a circular shape to get a dosa.
10. Drizzle some oil around the edges and allow them to cook on medium  heat until red or golden.
11. Cook on the other side and toast them until crispy.
