Ingredient 
Channa(chickpeas) - 1cup.
Red chilli 5-6
Coriander-2 tbspn
Cumin seed-1tbspn
Fennel seed - 1tbspn
Pepper - 1tbpsn
Cardamom-3
Clove-3
Cinnamon-1 small stick
Onion-2 (finely chopped)
Tomato-4(finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste-1tbspn
Mint leaves-1/4cup
Oil - 2tbspn
Salt as required 

Steps
1. Dry roast red chilli, coriander, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin seed, fennel seed, pepper. 
2. Cool it and grind to form powder.
3. Add chickpeas and water (1:2 ratio) in a cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistle. 
4. Heat a pan and add 2tbspn of oil.
5. Add onion and saute it until it turns golden brown.
6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it until raw smell gone.
7. Add tomato and mint leaves.
8. Cook for 10mins then add grinded powder. 
9. Mix it well and add boiled chickpeas with water.
10. Add salt and cook for 5mins.
Note: if we want to thick gravy then we can mash boiled chickpeas and add it into gravy.

11. Now we can serve with Chappathi
