Chicken podimas 

Chicken is the most common type of poultry in the world. Most of the youngsters are fond of chicken. I tried chicken podimas today.

Ingredient 
Chicken-250g (boneless)
Onion -2 medium size(finely chopped)
Tomato- 2 small size(finely chopped)
Ginger garlic-1tbspn
Green chilli - 2
Chilli powder- 2tbspn
Garam masala - 1tbspn
Turmeric powder- 1/2tbspn
Egg - 2
Oil - tbspn
Salt- as required
Steps 
1. Cook the chicken with water in cooker with turmeric powder, salt and add 1 tbspn of chilli powder.
2. After 2-3 whistle, shred chicken.
3. Heat the tawa and add 2 tbspn of oil.
4. Add onion and green chilli and saute them till onion turns golden brown.
5. Add 1 tbspn of ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell gone.
6. Add tomato and saute them with garam masala and chilli powder.
7. Saute them for 2-3 mins and add shredded chicken with water(which is used in cooked chicken).

8. Mix them well and rest them until water evaporates. 
9. Make some space in middle of pan or tawa and add oil.
10. Then put 2 egg and sprinkle some salt.
11. Wait for 2-3mins for egg to cook and mix them.
12. Mix altogether for 5 more mins

Note: we can ignore egg in this recipe.  This is the one we can have with curd rice or chappathi.
