Dragon chicken

It is indo Chinese recipes made with spicy red sauce. We can have this as a side dish.

Ingredient
For fry
Chicken 200g (thinly sliced)
Maida 3tbsp
Corn flour 3tbspn
Chilli powder 1 tbspn
Turmeric powder 1/4tbspn
Salt- as required 
Water
Oil (for fry)

For sauce
Oil 2tbspn
Cashew nut 2-3 (finely  chopped)
Garlic 2 (finely chopped)
Onion 1 large (diced small)
Capsicum 1(diced small)
Tomato sauce- 2tbspn
Red chilli powder- 1tbspn
Water

Steps
For fry
1. Mix maida, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt together. Add water little by little to make thick consistency. 
2. Add sliced chicken into it.
3. Rest it for 20 mins.
4. Heat a pan and pour oil into it.
5. deep fry it.

For red sauce
1. Heat a pan and add 2 tbspn of oil.
2. Add cashew and garlic into it. Saute them for few mins.
3. Add onion and capsicum to it  saute them together. 
4. Add tomato saute and red chilli powder. Cook for 2 mins. 

Note we can use chilli sauce instead of red chilli powder.

5. Add some water (1/2 cup) and salt. Cook until sauce becomes thick.
6. Now add fried chicken into it.
7. Cook the whole for 1 min and now we can have dragon chicken.
