Egg biryani 

Biryani is all time favourite for everyone.  But today i made with egg.  During lockdown, its difficult to get meat and sea foods. So I thought of making egg biriyani 

Ingredient 
Basmathi rice 1 cup
Onion 3 large size
Tomato 2 small size
Ginger garlic paste 2tbspn
Cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1stick 
Green chilli 2
milk 1tbspn
Egg 3nos
Coriander leaves 1bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Curd 2tbspn
Water 1 3/4 cup
Oil 4tbspn 
Red chilli powder- 2tbspn 
Cumin powder-1tbspn 
Turmeric powder 1/4tbspn 
Cumin seed 1tbspn 
Pepper corn 1tbspn 
Saffron 5-6
Salt as required 

Steps
1. First soak the rice for 30mins. And boil the egg with some salt.
2.Grind cumin seed, pepper corn, cinnamon and cardamom to form smooth mixture.
3. Heat a cooker and add 3tbspn of oil. 
4. Add powdered mixture and saute it fir 30sec. Then add onion and saute until it turns golden brown. 
5. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it until raw smell gone. 
6. Add tomato and green chilli and cook it for 5 mins.
7. Then add red chilli powder and saute it well.
8. Add mint leaves, curd, salt and coriander leaves. 
9. Now add half boiled rice and mix slightly. 
10. Then mix saffron in milk to give rich colour. 
11. Place the egg over it and pour the milk.

Rice cooking
1. Boil the water and add rice with some salt.
2. Cook it for half boiled.
3. Filter the rice and sprinkle some oil to give more taste.

Egg roasting
1. Heat a pan and add 1tbpsn of oil.
2. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
3. Mix all spices together and add boiled egg (cut into equal half).
4. Riast it for 2mins.
