Peanut chutney

We all have different type of chutney for idly, dosa. But this is the one which we can have for tamarind rice, lemon rice also. 

Ingredient 
Peanut- 100g
Onion- 1(diced small)
Tamarind- 1 small gooseberry size.
Cumin seed -1 tbspn
Red chilli - 4-6
Garlic 4-5
Mustard seed 1/2tbspn
Urud dhal -1/2tbspn
Grated coconut-2tbspn
Curry leaves
Oil - 3tbspn
Salt as required 
Steps

1. Dry roast the peanut. 
2. Heat a pan and add 2tbspn of oil.
3. Add cumin seed, onion, garlic, red chilli(5) , tamarind and saute them for 2 mins.
4. Add grated coconut and fry it for 1 mins.
5. Now add peanut together and grind them with water to make smooth mixture. 
Note: we can have this for rice but for idly, dosa we need to do few more step.
6. Heat a pan and add 1tbpsn of oil.
7. Add mustard and urud dhal and saute them for 1 min .
8. Add red chilli and curry leaves and cook it for 1 min.
9. Now add the whole into grinded chutney.
10. We can serve this chutney with dosa or idly
