Rice flour rotti

This rotti is very healthy and affordable one. Long back most of the people are not aware of wheat chappathi. So they used to made chappathi with rice flour. I learnt this recipe from my grandma. She used to cook in her difficult time. It will fill.

Ingredient 
Rice flour -1 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Salt as required 
Grated coconut

Steps
1. Mix rice flour, grated coconut and salt altogether. 
2. make a smooth dough of rice flour by water little by little 
3. Rest it for 20 mins.
4. Make a small ball and roll them by pressing in palm gently. 


5. Heat a tawa and fry rolled dough without oil in a low flame.
6. Flip the other side once its cooked. Note: it takes 15 mins to cook.
7. Flip the rotti and cook both side. Serve them with fish curry or chicken curry.
