Semiya payasam

This is one of the most famous dessert in Tamil Nadu.  Most of the people tried this recipe but here i made some changes to make it even more tastier 

Ingredient 
Milk -1 l
Vermicelli- 150g
Chironji nut- 10-15
Musk melon seed- 5-10
Cashew nut- 5
Almond- 5
Ghee- 7 tbspn
Sweetless kova -2tbspn
Sugar as required 
Steps
1. Boil milk on medium flame. 
2. Heat a pan and add 5 tbspn of ghee.
3. Fry the vermicelli in ghee2  for 3mins.
4. After milk gets boiled well, add vermicelli and stir for 2 mins.
5. Mix kova with some water to dissolve it.
6. Add sugar and kova liquid then turn off the stove. 
7. Again heat a pan and add 2 tbspn of ghee. 
8. Fry the nuts until it becomes golden color. 
9. Add all those nut into payasam. Now serve the payasam
