Mutton aloo keema

When i got bored of making mutton gravy, i tried this recipe and it was so new to me. Also it came out well.

Ingredient 
Mutton 250g
Aloo 3
Onion 2 large size 
Tomato 1large suze
Ginger garlic paste 2tbspn 
Green chilli 2
Red chilli powder- 2tbspn 
Turmeric powder 1/4tbspn 
Kasthuri methi 1tbspn 
Coriander leaves 1bunch 
Garam masala 1tbspn 
Cinnamon 1inch 
Clove 2
Salt- as required 
Oil 2tbspn 

Steps 
1. We can pressure cook mutton and aloo for 3 -4 whistle. And follow the below steps upto 6th steps then add coriander leaves and garam masala. Cover the lid and cook it for 2mins. Or
Heat a pressure cooker and add 2tbspn of oil.
2. Add cinnamon and clove. 
3. Add onion snd green chilli and saute it for 5mins. 
4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it until raw smell gone. 
5. Add tomato and turmeric powder and chilli powder. 
6. Cook it for 5mins.
7. Add mutton and aloo with salt.
8. Pour 1/2 cup of water or enough water .
9. Add garam masala and coriander leaves at the end.
10. Pressure cook for 3-4 whistle and serve hot.
