Manjal vaada This is the most famous snacks in south tamil nadu(Tiruchendur, kayalpatnam...). My favourite one. Whenever i visit  my native,it's a must have dish.As it's quarantine time I can't go to my native to eat it and i am craving for this one now. Bread Omellete

Bread omellete  Its a famous snacks or breakfast nowadays.  Today i made  it with few changes it will be very delicious. Ingredient  Bread -4 slices Egg- 2 Onion 2tbspn  Capsicum- 1 small Pepper - 2tbspn  Lemon juice-1tbspn Salt as required Butter -1tbspn Oil 2tbspn  Steps 1. Heat a pan or tawa and add butter.  2. Add onion and saute it for 2 mins. 3. Then add capsicum and mix well. Note: I added green capsicum today if we want we can add red capsicum as well 4. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and saute it for 3 mins. 5. Cool it for 5 mins. Now cut the bread's middle portion like below.  6. Add all those mixture into egg and beat them well. 7. Heat a pan and add 2 tbspn of oil. 8. Place outer layer of the bread and pour 2tpsn of egg mixture 9. Then place the middle portion of bread and press it  lightly. 10. Flip the other side and cook it well. 11. Now we can serve this with tomato sauce.
