Cheese corn ball

Corn cheese ball In my home, we have cheese so we need to complete it before expiry.  And i decided to do recipe with corn. Ingredient  Corn 1/2 cup Potato 3 boiled Green chilli 2 Ginger 1 finely chopped  Onion 3tbspn Coriander leaves 1bunch  Corn flour 2tbspn  Chilli powder 1tbspn  Pepper 1tbspn Cheese 100g Maida 2tbspn  Turmeric powder 1/4tbspn  Breadcrumbs  Oil  salt as required  Steps  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add corn, onion, chilli, chilli powder,ginger, corn flour, pepper, coriander leaves. 2. Mix all ingredients and make a dough.  3. Cut the cheese into small cube 4. Make a small ball and flatten it. 5. Place single cheese piece and roll into ball. 6. Prepare maida water in another bowl.  7. Dip a cutlet into water and roll into breadcrumbs.  8. Nungu paal/palm fruit milk Nungu paal is a delicious summer drink. Easily affordable and easy making Ingredient : Nungu 6-7 Milk -250ml Rose syrup -2 tablespoon Sugar -as required Mango -1 small size Steps to be followed 1. Boil the milk in a pan with some water. 2. Rest it until become cool. 3. Remove the skin of mango and palm fruit and make them into pieces 4. Then add sugar and rose syrup into milk. 5. Then add small piece of mango and palm fruit. 6. Keep it in fridge for 20mins and serve the summer delicious drink.

Bread Omellete

Bread omellete  Its a famous snacks or breakfast nowadays.  Today i made  it with few changes it will be very delicious. Ingredient  Bread -4 slices Egg- 2 Onion 2tbspn  Capsicum- 1 small Pepper - 2tbspn  Lemon juice-1tbspn Salt as required Butter -1tbspn Oil 2tbspn  Steps 1. Heat a pan or tawa and add butter.  2. Add onion and saute it for 2 mins. 3. Then add capsicum and mix well. Note: I added green capsicum today if we want we can add red capsicum as well 4. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and saute it for 3 mins. 5. Cool it for 5 mins. Now cut the bread's middle portion like below.  6. Add all those mixture into egg and beat them well. 7. Heat a pan and add 2 tbspn of oil. 8. Place outer layer of the bread and pour 2tpsn of egg mixture 9. Then place the middle portion of bread and press it  lightly. 10. Flip the other side and cook it well. 11. Now we can serve this with tomato sauce.
