Manjal vaada This is the most famous snacks in south tamil nadu(Tiruchendur, kayalpatnam...). My favourite one. Whenever i visit my native,it's a must have dish.As it's quarantine time I can't go to my native to eat it and i am craving for this one now. So i learnt the secret recepie from my cousin and wanted to share this amazing recepie to everyone. Today I made with Masi(type of fish) for stuffing. We can also use prawn or chicken Ingredient Rice flour -1 cup Grated coconut- 1/4 cup Turmeric powder- 2tbspn Boiled rice- 1/4 cup Salt- as required Water - as required(1 1/2 cup) Oil - as required For stuffing Onion -2 medium size Grated coconut -1/4 cup Chilli powder -2 tbspn Maasi- 2-3tbspn Salt- as required Onion - 2tbspn Steps 1.
